Knighthood's Darkside
I feel the flash of wind up against my skin
A coolness that has never seen the
light of day before
As I forge hot metal into the night
the sizzle of inspiration
the hiss of desperation
And I dream of
the nights that howl as the moon weeps
when it sees the light from the fire
that even the
sun grows envious of
The steel forming from a rival of the light of day
Yet still it needs to burn the water of Earth to make it
Harden, darken and stricken
The core of knighthood
A new day will start with a new name
on the Earth's breath
As the sword that was made of darkness
lives in the light
